Products
Every effort is made to ensure that our products are represented and described as accurately as possible, but please do be aware that some colours may vary, depending on the quality of your computer monitor.  The colour, fabric or pattern may vary slightly from that in the picture ie, a slightly different shade or a different stripe etc, this is due to the availability of fabrics and the limited edition nature of our products.
Where a description, colour or price is entered incorrectly, we reserve the right to remove that item from sale or to refuse an order.  All items are limited edition and may only be available for a limited period.  The sizing of our products differs between collections and fabrics may alter the sizing slightly.  We will make every effort to describe the sizing of a product as accurately as possible.   Please refer to our size guide or get in touch using the 'contact us' page with any questions regarding sizing you may have.

Pricing
The prices of our products are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time the information has been entered into the site.  Each to their Own reserves the right to change the price of any product without notification but cannot do so after an item has been purchased.

Payment
All payments are to be made by debit or credit card and are subject to validation and authorisation checks.  Payments will not be processed until this has been completed.  Customers will be notified immediately if their transaction is declined and the order will not be processed.

Delivery
Each To Their Own now uses Interlink and DPD to deliver your purchases within the UK. Please note that in order to make a correct delivery we require a valid contact telephone number, email address and full postal address.  Each To Their Own cannot be held responsible for undelivered/late items where a customer has given incorrect information or has not supplied their full address. You will receive a text message and/or email from Interlink Express to let you know that your parcel is on it's way.  Within this message there will be details (where a mobile number is provided) giving you an hour window for which your parcel will be delivered.  There is also an option to track your parcel or request a different day for delivery.  If a mobile number or email address is not provided, you will receive neither.  You will usually receive this notification on the day of delivery, but the time of notification varies.

Each To Their Own are not the sender of this information and so are not responsible for these notifications.

Our postage charges are as follows,

Fast Delivery (UK Only) £5.00 (delivery is usually next day but not guaranteed*)

Your parcels are collected from our website office on a daily basis Mon- Fri so please keep in mind the following times when you place your order,
For UK delivery ONLY -

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday through to 2pm on Mondays will not be collected from our office until Monday afternoon.  These parcels will be delivered on Tuesday's.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Mondays through to 2pm on Tuesdays will be collected on Tuesday afternoon.  These parcels will be delivered on Wednesday's.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesdays through to 2pm on Wednesdays will be collected on Wednesday afternoon.  These parcels will be delivered on Thursday's

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesdays through to 2pm on Thursdays will be collected on Thursday afternoon.  These parcels will be delivered on Fridays.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Thursdays through to 2pm on Fridays will be collected on Friday afternoon.  These parcels will be delivered on Mondays.

  • At present there is no delivery on a Saturday.


*Please be aware that while we will endeavor to ship your parcel in the same day you order it,(along with the guidlines above) we cannot guarantee this as at times we may have a high number of orders.  We will however, always ship your parcel within 1 day.

International Delivery

International Delivery  - worked out depending on the quantity of items ordered and the destination.  (2 to 14 working days depending on the Destination Country)

We are now using Royal Mail to send all of our International Parcels including Ireland.  This is a trackable service and requires a signature once it arrives.

We now ONLY post International orders on a FRIDAY so please remember this when placing your order.
Please be aware that as a guideline, International parcels will arrive in 2 - 14 working days depending on the destination.  This does NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.  This is also taken from the day of shipping, not the day of ordering.  Your parcel may also take slightly longer as it has to go through customs depending on the destination.  This may cause a delay and there may be an added fee to pay.

* Please note that our delivery times do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

** Please note that we will endeavour to get your order to you over the up-coming Bank Holidays, however once your parcel is with Interlink, delivery is out of our hands and so we cannot guarantee it will be with you when you need it.  Each To Their Own are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays and close early on Bank Holiday Fridays.  .  We apologise for any  inconveniance.

*** Each To Their Own cannot be held responsible for late deliveries where severe or adverse weather conditions are in effect.  Each to their Own will do their best to get parcels to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately these situations are out of our control.

Returns
A refund will be given on all items purchased from the website ONLY if the valid receipt is provided, items are returned within 14 days of purchase and items are returned in their brand new condition with any tags still attached.  Any items returned that are not in their original condition will NOT be refunded.  Please look after the garments you receive while you decide to keep them or not.  We cannot return items that smell of smoke, perfume, deodorant or food.  If you post items back to us that we feel we cannot sell on to someone else, we will not honour the refund and will return the goods to you.  Alternatively we can offer an exchange of items.  Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction.  Please allow 5-10 days for this to take effect.  Please note that postage costs cannot be refunded.  In order to return an item, please fill out the RETURNS section of your receipt with the reason the item is being returned.  Please return your items by special delivery so that they can be tracked and traced.  Each To their Own cannot be held responsible for the sound delivery of items being returned to the website.

Please note that we will not offer a refund if the item is not returned within 14 days of purchase.  An exchange or gift vouchers will be offered up to 28 days after the item is purchased.


Faulty Items
Where an item is faulty, please fill out the RETURNS FAULTY sections of your receipt with an accurate description of any faults you have found with the product.  We may wish to have an independent inspection of the item if we do not deem the fault to be a manufacturers fault.  You will be made aware of this via email.  If we deem the item to be faulty due to a manufacturers fault, we will happily offer a refund or exchange.  Where a refund is issued for a faulty item , we will refund the original postage cost in full.

Returning items to our Boutiques.
You may return your items to either of our Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield Boutiques IN PERSON within 28 days, however only an exchange or gift vouchers will be available for items purchased from the website.  Please DO NOT return your purchase by post to our Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield boutiques.  Your return will not be processed and your item will be returned to you.  You may return your item IN PERSON to our website office at the above address for a full refund within 14 days or an exchange within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
