We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not happy with your product.

 

A refund will be given on all items purchased from the website ONLY if the valid receipt is provided, items are returned within 14 days of purchase and items are returned in their brand new condition with any tags still attached.  Any items returned that are not in their original condition will NOT be refunded.   Items being returned that smell of cigarettes, perfume or aftershave will NOT be refunded and WILL be returned to the buyer as they will be considered to have been worn.  We can only refund items that we can then sell on to other customers

 

 Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction.  Please allow 5-10 days for this to take effect.  Please note that postage costs cannot be refunded.

 

In order to return an item, please fill out the RETURNS section of your receipt with the reason the item is being returned.  If you did not receive a Returns Procedure Form, please send us an email and we will forward one on to you.

 

Please return your items by special delivery so that they can be tracked and traced.  Each To their Own cannot be held responsible for the sound delivery of items being returned to the website.

Faulty Items

 

Where an item is faulty, please fill out the RETURNS FAULTY sections of your receipt with an accurate description of any faults you have found with the product.  We may wish to have an independent inspection of the item if we do not deem the fault to be a manufacturers fault.  You will be made aware of this via email.  If we deem the item to be faulty due to a manufacturers fault, we will happily offer a refund or exchange.  Where a refund is issued for a faulty item , we will refund the original postage cost in full.

 

Returning items to our Boutiques.

 

You may return your items to either of our Leeds or Sheffield Boutiques IN PERSON within 28 days, however ONLY an exchange or gift vouchers will be available for items purchased from the website.  Please DO NOT return your purchase by post to our Leeds or Sheffield boutiques.  Your return will not be processed and your item will be returned to you.

 

You may return your item IN PERSON to our website office at the above address for a full refund within 14 days or an exchange within 28 days.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
