How do I search for a product?The easiest way to shop is by browsing the product lists under Menswear and Womenswear.
Once you have found the genre of item you are looking for, you can refine your search using the tabs on the left hand side by selecting your choice of colour and/or size.
Our system will filter through our products to find the most suitable according to your specifications.
Once you find an item you like, you can choose to send to add it to your basket, send to a friend or save it for later.
How do I sign up for ETTO's newsletter?To receive our latest news, gossip and offers, either go to My Account - Newsletter and tick the box or you can simply fill out the form on our 'contact us' page.
If you are receiving newsletters from us, but do not wish to you can either got to My Accounts - Newsletter and untick the box, or you can send an email to the above address and explain that you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
The item I want to buy is sold out.Every item of Alex Christopher clothing is limited edition so when you see something you like its best to buy as soon as you can.
We understand that it may be frustrating that our products sell out so quickly, but we try to limit the volume of each garment to keep its exclusivity.
If you do find that the item you like is sold out, send us an email on our 'contact us' page quoting the product name, size and colour as we may be able to get that item from another store for you.

We have 3 open boutiques in Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds which are open 7 days a week.

How do I know if my order has been posted?Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been despatched. Here you will find a tracking number for you order and the link for you to track your parcel with Royal Mail.
You will also be able to go back into My Account and view the progress of your order under ‘My Orders’. Here you will be able to access your tracking number.

What if there is a problem with my order?If you find that the product you receive differs from that which you have ordered please email us via the 'contact us' pageor call us on

How do I return my purchase?To return a purchase, simply fill out the returns form on your receipt and return the item in its original condition and packaging to the following address,

How do I know which size is right for me?Our size ranges can be a little confusing but please refer to our size guide for more help. Some of our items do not come in a standard size label, for example, some of our trousers come in sizes 1, 2 and 3. We have compiled our size chart to make it easier for you to establish what size you need. Whilst you may place an order for a size 28”, you may be sent a size 1. If this is the case, it will be specified in the item description.

What is your returns policy?For items bought from the website only, we will happily offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned to us within 14 days of receiving them. We also ask that the item is not worn and has any tags still attached. Please don't return items that you have worn or that smell of food/smoke/deodorant/perfume/washing powder as we will return them to you.
Everyone is entitled to buy a brand new item that no-one else has worn.
Items that have been bought in any of our boutiques can be returned in store for an exchange or credit note, again, with the above provisions.
Faulty items will firstly be repaired however if this is not satisfactory, we will offer a replacement.
